I often forget to take pictures off my phone and those spur of the moment snapshots are sometimes the sweetest little moments. So here's a hodge-podge collection.
January 15: Abby's first (at home) pedicure. Those cute little toes!
January 22: Not sure why but I just love this picture. Pure joy.
January 30: She was sleeping this way?!?
February 12: And also this way.
February 10th was a BIG day at preschool. Abby told me that morning when I took off her diaper that she wanted to put on "undies" for school. It was completely unprompted and entirely her decision. I felt so proud of her that day at noon when I went to pick her up and she was wearing the same pants! Honestly, I didn't expect her to make it through the day accident-free. She decided that she was a big girl and from that day on didn't wear diapers. Thanks, Abby, for continuing to make raising you so easy!!
February 18: The morning Abby finds mommy's makeup bag.

February 27: We had a pretty elaborate tea party with Minnie and Baby.
These next two pictures still make me laugh. I was playing in the pit for Opera Tampa, getting home around midnight each night, and struggling to wake up in the morning when Abby popped out of bed. One morning I was apparently completely out of it because Abby took these photos on my phone and I didn't even know it!
Evidence that mommy is sleeping and not watching Abby. Ha!
March 12: This is the kids' wing at the library downtown. Beautiful, right?
We watched a puppet show of Peter Rabbit.
March 25: Abby often falls asleep while reading books.

April 13: Upon learning that she'd be taking swim lessons with her friend Emma this summer, Abby got her Abby and Emma wooden dolls all ready in their swimsuits. I've so loved watching her imagination grow this past year.
April 15: She creatively decorated our toes.
April 17: Our "Abby flower" (Plumeria) in full bloom.
April 17: One stylish and accessorized little girl.
May 1: Dressed up as Cinderella at Emma's house.
May 13: Tiny pink and sparkly toes.
May 13: Another afternoon with blocks.
May 15: We watched a big rainstorm while eating dinner at Kojak's.
